I do think there is room for 3 in the back, at least smaller people, but it just does not work with the center seat belt latch in that location. Does anyone know if there is a "fix" or solution for this?

I know this is starting to get a little dated, but I recently purchased a 2011 Edge and I agree that this is an issue. I had to sit in the middle position for a short ride, and if I had to go any further than I did, I think I would have unbuckled. They need a fix to allow this center seat belt latch to be moved out of the way so that you are not sitting on it.
