Hi I am looking into buying a 2008 or 2009 mkx navigation system that has build in bluetooth -- I currently own a 2007 mkx with a Nav unit but it doesnt have bluetooth -- is this change just a simple switch?? are these systems even interchangeable? Please help -- I cant find the answer anywhere
