Monterrey Edge

I just got a 2011 Edge SE. It is a company car and it was not my decision that it was the SE version, This model does not come with the MyFord Touch system, which I think is an appealing feature. Is it posible to buy the system as an accesory and integrate to the SE panel? or.... Does anyone has a suggestion for an aftermarket gps/dvd stereo that would fit nicely in the SE panel? regards
