Hello everyone, I have the same exact problem with my new 2011 Ford Edge; when talking on the phone via bluetooth i am sometimes told that it sounds like i'm in a wind tunnel. this happens only while i am actually speaking, if i remain quite no background noise is heard on the other end. i had not thought about Youppi99's theory that it may be due to the aerodynamic wind sound no more than an inch away from the microphone, he may have nailed it! i asked the dealer but they didn't know what to do and i have yet to call Ford Customer Service. i am also having major issues with my blackberry toggling between bluetooth car calls and regular calls resulting in having to pull the battery several times a day. any suggestions please?
