Mine works only occasionally. I have been to the dealership three times over three months and nothing seems to help. My conclusion is that this system has serious problems and Ford is hiding the problem. I am so frustrated that I am selling the car. Punch line is that someone should never buy a car with this system.

Signed on to make sure we have a discussion about how bad the my touch system performs. I purchased a 2011 3 months ago and the my touch has been a disaster. It crashes all the time and ford really has no steal solution in sight. Don't be fooled by the numerous "patches" come almost monthly to the dealership. Do not buy a ford with the system.
