Just got my mothers Edge back from dealership, the satellite radio has had VERY poor reception. Since she purchased her 2011 Ford Edge SEL w/o sync, it rarely works. Tried phoning sirius and getting them to do the boost thing they do, never helped much if any. Brought it back to the dealership, they replaced the antenna, still barely works. Any other suggestions? Were is the sirius module, and were is the antenna, is it possible lose connection in the sirius module?
I have a 2010 dodge ram and mine almost never cuts out. I've parked mine right next to hers and had my radio work fine, hers won't even pick up any signal.
Dealership said this a know issue with the edge and MKX?
