Hello all, As a first time "topic poster" I hoping that someone might have experienced my problem and have an answer. While traveling to Yosemite, my navigation system locked up and I am unable to get a map on the screen (just a black screen). the system will not allow me to choose any of the navigation options. Tried to reload the nav chip (a couple of times) but to no avail. Prior to taking it to the dealer I thought someone out there would have a suggestion. Thanks in advance
