  1. Thanks for the suggestions. While I'm sure a dealership could help me out, I'd rather try and take care of this myself. I'm fairly certain that if I still had the files I downloaded, I could just plug the USB drive in and the system would find the files it needs. I did talk to someone at Ford's 'tech support' this weekend and he had me try a Master Reset. At first, it seemed to work, but later in the day, the same error message returned.
  2. Hi all, I recently updated my 2012 Edge to the 3.0.2 software. At first, it appeared that everything installed just fine. However, a couple of days later, I started getting a message that 'DA5T-14D546-LA' did not install properly. Sometimes, I have to turn off the vehicle and restart it to get the message to clear. As near as I can tell, everything seems to be working just fine. I tried getting the update again, but for some reason, I am unable to re-download the update and I (stupidly) deleted the files from my flash drive. I sent a message to the folks at Ford and was told to call them. It should be as easy as putting the file on a drive and plugging it in, I would think... Does anyone have 'DA5T-14D546-LA' that they could send me (or attach to their response)? I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Steve
