VCM IDS seems the best for Ford test and diagnosis. At least it's a specific tool for Ford. I borrowed one from my friend and have a try. But failed the installation at first. I even thought if there's something wrong in my OS. Luckily, a video on Ford IDS setup instruction has been found I reinstalled a XP2 in my computer and succeed. http://youtu.be/Fo6ucinzoSU

Hi, The mileage is stored both in cluster and ECU. If change a new cluster, you have to read the mileage value from the ECU first, and change the value displayed in cluster.. You may need a mileage programmer to do the change, like Ford KM tool. Good luck.

Hello. This is my first post. I hope not post in a wrong place. And, the problem is, I have a Autocom cdp for cars china clone, and want to update. I thought I just need to connect autocom to computer and press update, but it shows no power supply is connected. I can see on the autocom device that the LINK is on but not power, it gives me 3 options or faqs 1: no power is connected 2: wrong com port 3: the USB is wrong connected What am I suppose to do now? Please help. Thanks in advance!
