I have a 2011 Escape Hybrid and 2011 Fusion Hybrid. The Escape that I have sounds awful (windy) when I talk on it, and on top of that requires me to turn the volume to full blast to hear the phone (radio works fine) when on the highway. I have now taken this car in about 6 times, and they have now told me they need my phone, as they expect my phone is the issue. The problem that I have is that my Fusion has no problem with my or my wife's phone, but the Escape has a problem with both. ; Do people have navigation systems in their car? My Escape has a navigation system and I wonder if the software is different.
