I used to get this a bunch, I ended up replaced the battery in my key fob and all has been well since.

My kit SDNav showed up today. Looks better but had some issues loading in my favorites.

When I'd input a favorite I had issues with the voice commands not registering the street number. It just wouldn't take for the life of me (i really think my mic is hosed) I finally had to resort to the on screen keyboard.

I also couldn't add a space for the Name of the favorite and had to resort to using an underscore. (JOE'S_WORK vs. JOE'S WORK). Also had to back out and let it save the entry before make any changes to the entry whatsoever. So if I wanted to add a phone number I would have to back out let it save the inital creation of the favorite, then go back in and add a number, back out to save... then back in to change the icon, etc etc..Not major issue, just weird and not very intuitive. I'd rather make all the changes at once and let it save than do it this way.

3.02 now installed and I still have my Edge . I dont have push start so keys had to be in the car and its the only time i have to do it with all the things i have to do during day-time.

Whoops. just goes to show how much I know about the Edge, I thought they were wall push starts, my bad. Glad you still have it and it went well ;-)

Thanks. It's running right now (10:10pm) with keys in the ignition outside my driveway. kind of scary thinking someone will notice it and drive away with my new ride.

Yikes! don't leave you wheels outside, running at night unattended! Take your keys with your and lock your doors. That's what I did and didn't have any issues. Even if someone broke a window and attempted driving away it wouldn't work as it would give you the key not detected warning, but idling is just fine.

I'd like to see the ability for quick audio presets. I go between talk radio and music and would like to have a quick button to change they audio profile instead of manually changing it each time.

I finally got the update to take. I pulled fuse 29 and got back to the blank update screen (same one I got when I pulled the battery) I re-downloaded the update from the syncmyride site to a new flash drive and the update took about 45 min to complete.

So far I'm very happy with the look and responsiveness of the interface. The Bluetooth audio quality is much much better on phone calls. People can finally hear me and are reporting that I don't sound like in a wind tunnel anymore.

Just need my SD Card for the Navi and I'll be set.

Someone did a master reset and then were able to correctly download the files

Sounds like a plan but I'm having issues getting to the Master Reset using the Touch screen. It's stuck on the installing file and if I hit the back or any other buttons it takes me right back to the installing file screen.

I just pulled the battery and now I got a blank screen, (abet, not entirely blank) it's looks like the upgrade screen overlay without any progress or text. Any suggestions? I'm starting to think I'm hosed here....

So... I just downloaded and started the upgrade from 2.11 and it's been stuck on installing file 4 of 9 for about 2 hours now. The file in question is DA5T-14657-AD.ZIP

I tried turning the car off and switching usb ports so we'll see how that goes. Maybe I'll try a different usb stick also but if anyone has any advice, I would be very grateful for it.
