I went and bought a new cap yesterday, cleared the code and today the cel went on as I was driving to work. Same code again. So we can rule out the gas cap I guess

Need some help. The check engine light came on the morning after I got gas. Checked the code and came up with code P0451. I checked the gas cap and everything was on tight. I didn't over fill the gas. I have no clue where to go from here. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help. My name is Joey by the way.
