No, just former SF.
Keep exercising your right to bear arms....only cops and outlaws carry here. I'm waiting for the state to overturn that shortly, so citizens can protect themselves.

I am in law enforcement, and unfortunately the things I have been called to do and/or experienced has increased my overall situational awareness. I prefer to be prepared when off duty.
When I go to a school, a courthouse, or a bar, I take the glock home and then go.
Im allowed to carry in schools as a PO, I carry to court just in case the scumbag decides to retaliate in the parking garage, but must "bench it" upon entry. I tend to go to "choir practice" at the end of my watch every now and then, my safe was the best location to lock it up. You a PO Dingo?

The only reason why I keep a safe is when I need to remove my weapon from my hip. If I decide to go have a brew, I don't like to have my weapon on me. Its better locked up. Throwing it under the drivers seat in not too smart.

I'll have to look into that, I wasn't sure if it would fit due to the folding rear seats...

I just bought a 2012 Ford Edge Limited last week (love it so far btw), and I'm looking for a good location to either tie down or bolt down a small safe. In my last car I was able to secure a small cable safe in the trunk of my sedan. Just curious if anyone else has done this with the edge as of yet. Thanks in advance.

Cracked Valance Panel
in Exterior & Body
Posted
During a heavy snow, I was driving and a local plow truck pushed about 8 inches of snow in the middle of the street. I didn't have any where to go when I saw it...well it partially cracked off my front valance panel
I was able to remove the remains with a lot of hassle. I am not really a DIY'er with cars but looking at the part online, it seems quite easy.
Anyone have experience with this? Any tips on repairing it on my own?
