Honestly didn't feel like much drag but I rarely drive the vehicle; it's more my wife driving it.

I have a 2013 Ford Edge SEL FWD with approx. 32000km. I noticed last weekend when driving my rear passenger side brake was suddenly making a crunching sound when coming to a stop. I managed to get home and noticed that the entire area was super hot. You could feel immense heat coming from the wheel well. I called my dealership and have an appointment scheduled for this evening but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this before? I drove the vehicle for the first time today since the brake event occurred and didn't feel the same sounds; but now when driving I hear a slight squeaking sound coming from that same area of the vehicle.

So far my 2013 Edge with Ecoboost is impressing me with it's fuel consumption. We took a road trip recently where majority of the driving was back country roads. Over the 4 hour drive we averaged 9.2L/100km. Time will tell what I get doing more heavy city driving.

I'm picking up a 2013 Edge SEL and one feature that I'm not getting which is in the Limited are the signals built into the side mirrors. Does anyone know if this can be added easily? Or is it a complicated mod to do? Thanks.

So after many years I have decided to return to Ford. My first car was a 1987 Taurus, from there went to a 2002 Civic, then a 2006 Mazda3, 2004 G35 coupe, 2007 GTI 2010 Jetta TDI and now a 2013 Ford Edge... I'm leasing a SEL FWD model paying $500 per month taxes in (Canada). Included are the 202A package, Driver entry package and Ecoboost engine. Its the platinum white model. I can't wait to pick it up; should be tomorrow or Thursday.
