  1. Thanks for you guys on the forum, I decided purchased the 2013 Ford Edge and it's a very good car having everying I want... Now there are already 5,000 miles on the car and it needs service. I am just wondering what kind of service do I need, besides oil change and rotate tires. Also, is the service free or not? I don't remember what the dealer told me when I purchasing the car.

  2. I just knew this promotion and requested it on Ford.com on last Wednesday, but the system has not shown any information about me concerning the private cash. I talked to the Ford dealer and they couldn't find any private cash information about me neither. Although I have requested more brochure, I could expect they won't be sent or the system won't have my information until next two weeks or longer, but I am going to get the car tomorrow. So, just trying to see if someone has and extra one, but not going to use it recently and can give it to me... I will return mine back after I receive it. Thank you so much!

  3. I called Ford to make sure my information is in the system, but my dealer cannot find it. I called Ford again to check, but they told me the $750 is selectively given by the system -- it's radomly, and they cannot control anything about it. I am going to purchase the Ford 2013 Edge tomorrow... Can anyone tell me what should I do to get the $750? Thanks, Jessey

  4. I am looking for a 2013 Ford Edge SE and find that there are two types of Edge SE in the same dealer on the internet: one with Equipment Group 101A and the other without the equipment 101 A. The one with the 101 A will cost around $1,000 more than the other. I have no idea what Equipment Group 101A is. The dealer told me it includes: the convenience package, voice-activated sync, and Sirius XM satellite radio, but I still have no idea what are these for. So, is necessary to spend $1,000 on the group 101 A? Thank you very much for helping me.
