I am having this same exact problem, and have been for more then a few months!! This is getting ridiculous. Really debating if my next vehicle will be a Ford.

I have the custom headlights from whiteis33. They originally came with halogens. I found one of my old ballasts from my motorcycle that I plugged in that worked (sucks that I only have one of them). The difference between this ballasts and the ballasts I was using before is that my older ballasts has a little box( guessing it's some sort of fuse) that is in between the ballasts and the connectors for the light itself. I think im going to try to replace the large fuse box on the harass that I have to see if that helps. Thanks for the help.

I'm having a problem installing my HIDs. I have a wiring harness with two ballasts and two bulbs. The ballasts are rated for 35W. The problem i'm having is that no matter how I configure the setup the bulbs do not turn on. I've tried two different sets of ballasts and 3 different sets of bulbs. Is there something I need to do besides plug and play. Is there a fuse that needs to be installed along with installation or something else along those lines. I'm at a complete lose right now. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I just ordered a set from them. Hopefully I'll be seeing them soon! I got a blacked out housing, with red halo and red accents. They have a bunch of different pics on their page. They reply pretty quick and answered all my questions.

Just ordered me a set with the red halos and the red accents!! Can't wait for them to come in!!

Taking the bumper off is the easy part, taking the inserts off the bumper can be the hard part. Its jus5 a series of screws and a good tug to get the fender off.

Where exactly are the screws. I tried looking last night but it was dark so I couldn't tell where they were all at.

They are dark pics, but I'm Dipping my grill right now. Going to let it set for the night and re-install the grill in the morning.

 

 

Hey how hard was it do get the grill and bumper off. I want to re-dip mine but want to take it off so I dont have to deal with the taping. Hopefully I can do it tonight

So my first attempt didn't go so well haha. It looked really bubbly up close. Didn't look to bad from far away. When i started to take the tape off it started to peel some of the plasti-dip from the grill.Maybe ill just try taking the inserts out so i dont have to worry about tape when i do it again.

And maybe ill wait until it gets warmer outside. Didn't know about the temp thing.

So just sprayed the grill. It looks really bubbly right now. Does it look better when it full dries??

What kind of prep work do you have to do to the grill? Plan on dipping mine this weekend.

I'll probably send an email. My panoramic's motor's being on the bring of death. It hesitates to close, and pulses the entire time it's trying. It opens fine, though.
