Hello everyone, I've had my 2011 Ford Edge Sport for a while now and my phone was working flawlessly when making and receiving calls through Sync Bluetooth. Recently, my calls got very distorted. I hear my own voice play back through the speakers after I talk and the person on the other end has trouble understanding me, whether I make the call or receive. Have you guys experienced this??? I have tried disconnecting and re-connecting the phone, but it still happens. Also, after updating with the latest Sync release, still the problem persists. Any helpful information is appreciated. It's really annoying me. Thanks,

Hi all, Like i said in the Welcome Section, earlier tonight my sister bought a 2011 Edge Limited fully loaded.... I love it!! She almost didnt buy it because the trimming on the dashboard was "WOOD" look. I agree with her, its not part of our age group, we both agreed that a Carbon Fibre look would be awsome. Can somebody please direct me to some place online where they sell aftermarket trimming covers, they must be available. She bought it based on my promise that I would do something about that wood LOL ... Can somebody help??... THANKS
