I looked at these, but theyre not available?

hey all just bought a new 2013 edge SE with the plastic inserts. Does the SE come prewired for the lights? I found some FoMoCo lights on ebay and the wiring harness for them. But someone said they're all wired at the factory. Anyone know? Also, on the SEL, do these work as DRL's, or are they accessories for when the headlights come on?? Thanks all, New ford edge owner here with just a couple questions!
