I was going to skip getting one for the Edge but I have already picked up a rock chip so I will be buying one after all. The olny thing that concerns me is putting the rubber bumpers on the paint. On our 2006 Explorer the dealer put them on the back side of the deflector instead of on the hood so I will see if they can do the same for the Edge.

We also have the Ford brand black mats and the all fit perfectly.

We just bought a 2007 SEL and I can't seem to get the rear heat/AC vent to work on all the settings that the owners manual says they should work on. If I turn the control to the left, one of the settings will open the rear vent and blow air out but if I turn the control to the right where I should have two settings that allow air to go to the rear vent, I get nothing.
Am I missing something ?
Here is what the manual says;
:Distributes air through the instrument panel vents and center
console vents.
: Distributes air through the instrument panel vents, center console
vents, floor vents and rear seat floor vents.
O (OFF): Outside air is shut out and the climate system is turned off.
: Distributes air through the floor vents and rear seat floor vents.
Note: You may notice a small amount of air flowing from the defroster
vents and demister vents.
: Distributes air through the windshield defroster vents, demister
vents, floor vents and rear seat floor vents
Thanks for any help you can give

Thanks KCFLYER, I hadn't thought of that. I don't understand why they even need the bumpers anymore. The deflector i have on my 2005 F250 is rigid enough to not need them and it is a Ford brand.
