Good news!
Got the bulbs. They fit and work perfectly.
Thanks for the tip.
Just ordered a pair from Amazon. Can beat free shipping but could take 4-6 weeks? Then again, what do you expect for $2.55?

Thanks, I am very happy with the color.
We live in Valley Village/North Hollywood. We spend a lot of time on the West end.... my son attends Taft High School and plays baseball. My daughter's soccer games are often in Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, etc.
Where in the Valley? I'm usually in the West Valley. Love that color!

I would definitely recommend DaytimeBrightLites for simplicity. But to do it yourself, you need to separate the lens from the housing (xacto or oscillating saw) and use 31mm festoon bulbs, such as http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004ZVZNPM/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00). Then seal them up.
Not difficult, but DaytimeBrightLites offers a simple plug and play solution. -

Assuming tires are same size, I would not be too concerned. Both are good brands.
Your assumption is probably right.... the prior owner got a flat and went to a shop that did not carry Hankook.

Sounds like you did the proper research one should do before purchase.
Enjoy the new ride!

Chemical Guys.
I am located in Los Angeles. I attended a detail class and have attended car meets/shows at the Chemical Guys office. They also have a bunch of YouTube videos.
I can't claim to know the differences in brands. However, I know that Chemical Guys products have worked for me and they have EVERYTHING you might need to make your vehicle look amazing.

I use K&N air filters in several vehicles over the last 15 years. I have used in the same vehicle for as long as 10 years.
I always assume that the increase in HP and/ or MPG, if any, is minimal.
I have yet to have a sensor failure.
My practice is to oil lightly and clean more often.

Hello twin bro! Let us all know how's the ride after lowering... I cant make up my mind whether to go with HR or keep it stock...
Got the springs installed and alingment done. I hoped to take detailed before and after photos but... didn't get around to it.
According to H&R the drop is 1.75" front and 1.5" rear.
I have not put that many mile in yet but the ride feels very close to stock.

Welcome! Great looking Sport, and nice mods you have on there already! What LEDs did you use, do you have links to them by any chance? The stance will be great with H&Rs, will likely need an alignment though.
I got a set from E-Bay from this seller (easylife_go). Shipping was a little slow but can't beat the price. They fit and work perfect.

I would characterize the ride after H&R springs to be "stiff."
While the stiff ride can be noticeable driving around town... in my opinion, the improved rode performance is well worth it.
