Question regarding updating Sync via the website download, is there a difference between the American or Canadian update? I just downloaded Gen2v361build13171updatepackageNARev1 and I am in Canada but it downloaded of the US website

Bought a 2011 Ford Edge SEL AWD, love it so far. I was looking at buying a cell phone holder to use as GPS and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Also I was looking into possibly buying a used head unit with Nav but I am having a lot of problems finding places to buy online.
