Thanks a lot, yes it was only the connector that burned but I replaced only the connector, but it worked well for 2 weeks and again same problem Occured. I guess the resistance of wire as u mentioned may be high causing it to burn again. I just got appointment for the FORD people. Lets c what happens. Regarding Harness if it has to be replaced as a whole is it a very long procedure?

I own a Ford Edge 2008 LIMITED EDITION, GCC specs. ( I know little in depth details of vehicle as I am a Med Doc by profession, so kindly guide me simple ). The AC stopped cooling occasioanally and On Observing the temperature gauge I used to observe the Car used to heat up when idle or in low gears. I got the radiator serviced, the radiator cap replaced. Problem persisted got the AC fan relay ( plus Radiator fans replaced ). Things stayed good for 1 year. After one year same problem recurred. The electrical wire going to AC FAN relay was burned. I have been told whole of wiring comes in complete set so may have to be replaced. Will this help? And what is approximate estimate of the electrical wires replacement.
