I have a 2009 Edge with a 6disc CD player. This week my alternator went out and took the battery along with it. Just picked it up from the dealer and the CD player will not play or ejecting, the display says initializing. Is it possible that a wire is not correct attached or something? I have CD's in it that if nothing else I would like to be able to remove them. Any ideas or suggestions before I go back to the dealership?
