Its the plastic piece that goes over the bottom of the door? Sorry I don't know about cars if I'm explaining it wrong.

I dented up my rocker panel so I purchased a new one. Does anyone know how I can remove the old one and install the new? Or can anyone point me in the right direction? It would be greatly appreciated.
