Hi Shaay. Yes, the dealership is continuously communicating with the tech hotline. I will certainly leave the fixing up to the dealer, just wanted to do some brainstorming on the cyberspace, in case anybody had run into this issue before. Also, will certainly keep you posted. Thanks.

I understand that the dealer is having a difficult time fixing this issue, but this concern needs to be corrected by them. Please make sure they've contacted Tech Hotline for assistance. That's their next level of support. Keep me posted.

Hi all: My 2016 Edge SEL w/Sync 3 won't list Sirius XM on the main screen entertainment sources. Originally, it didn't allow me to access Sirius XM at all. The service center was able to "activate" the option, but now I can only select it from the steering wheel controls. Once I select it I can control it on my main touchscreen display, but still I can't select Sirius from the entertainment sources displayed on the touchscreen. The service center can't figure out how to fix this. Any ideas? Thanks and happy Edging!!!

Hi TJM623. I have not messed with anything other than setting up automatic updates via the wifi, the issue with Sirius was already there when the vehicle was delivered to me. Thanks for the advice though.
