Heated and cooled seats stoped working.

I have exactly the same problem - seat indicator lights (either Heat or Cool) stay on for five seconds, then turn off. Doesn't look like a fuse, also (from previous research here) it appears that burned out elements would turn the lights off immediately. Any insights? Thanks
