  1. Hi everyone. I have a 2016 Edge Titanium with the Sony audio system. For the life of me, I can't seem to get the sound to come through clean. It always sounds muddy. I've done the calisthenics with the treble/midrange/bass adjustments and no bueno.
It is particularly bad (subjective) with bluetooth sound.
Am I missing something? It just doesn't sound premium at all. Any help or further leads would be most welcome and appreciated.
  2. I have a 2016 Edge Titanium AWD with the 3.5L engine.  The car has 23,000 miles.  There is a sound (like shaking marbles) that seems to be coming from the A/C system.  There is no sound in the cabin, just when you stand outside the passenger side.  The pitch changes when the A/C cycles on/off.  Does anyone have an idea what his might be?  My mechanic cannot seem to sort it out.

I searched high and low trying to find a thread on the forum that deals with this, but to no avail.  If one escaped me, please let me know.

  3. Hello all. I have been reading about acceleration problems with the 3.5l Titanium AWD (ours is a 2016) trying to understand what's going on with our car. We've nearly been killed multiple times when we have faced no acceleration at the 35-45 mph mark. We push the gas pedal down and ... nothing. When we mash it to the floor, it shifts about three gears down and it becomes almost uncontrollable. This has occurred mostly on on-ramps to freeways. It also downshifts when we are traveling at about 65 mph and we face a slight incline in the road. Huh?

I have complained to the Ford dealer service department before. They said they could not reproduce the problem. They said it was normal. I say, 'BS.'

Does this sound symptomatic of a throttle body problem? Does anyone else know what this might be?

We're either going to get this fixed, or the car is going to no longer be in our garage. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
