Touch screen wont recognize touch.

Can't reset because touch screen will not work at all. Any other way to do it? -
2104 Edge touch screen comes on shows all information but will not recognize touch. Back up camera works, Voice command works and screen will change using voice command. I have tried removing fuse 29 to reset, system restarted but still does not recognize touch. Any ideas to fix?
