Ive checked all fluid and everything is ok. Can anyone tell me what this is and what the leak can be? You can see a drop of oil hanging in the video of what Im trying to figure out what it is.

Hi all, I am new to the Forum and looking for a solution to why my fiancées car won't crank. It is a 2013 2.0 ecoboost. She drove it about a mile to the grocery store and when she went to get back in it after shopping she said all it will do is spin over. she says the steering wheel is locked and the electronics are working but all it will do is spin over. I am currently at work but is there any advice you can give me to look out for when I go check it out? Has anyone had similar issues that they can tell me about. Sorry if this topic has been discussed before but I'm at work and can't research right now. Any advice will be appreciated.
