Mine (2015) just shattered yesterday in my garage warming up (rear defrost on). OAT was 35 deg. F. Dealership:"never heard of that". Ford Customer Care: "no recall, cant help you". Glass shop dealer sent me to: "third one this week" I filed a report with the NHTSA. $1900 piece of glass (Carlight) 4 hours labor. It is a true 4 hours of labor. What a pain in the *ss!
