I just bought a 2013 Ford Edge. It has the larger screen and has SYNC, back up camera, navigation, etc.
The issue I am running into is that every time I get a phone call in, my entire Sync system freezes and restarts itself. It will usually sit frozen for about 5 minutes and then restart which takes another 2-3 minutes. Any music stops and all controls for climate are frozen.
This also happens when I make a call out. I will get about 3 minutes into my call using the bluetooth and then the system will completely shut down (screen goes black/freezes, bluetooth is shut off in the middle of the call, etc).
I've tried doing a master reset on the system but this did not help.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?
