thanks. So that means I couldn't switch to a lower gear when driving on a long downhill or uphill?

I just purchased a 2019 edge SEL fwd. Does anyone know how to shift gear under "S" mode? I couldn't find the "-" & "+" Paddle shifters on the steel wheel?
