Hi I have a ford everest 2017 Model and i have a similar problem i cannot redownload the latest update and lost the file - Ford tells me i have the latest software but my car keeps trying to do the update over WiFi which fails over and over again. Ford dealer tells me that it will take them 2 days to redo the software as they have to do it via an internatio nal web site. This seems a bit excessive they didn't even know about the Android Auto integration so i am a bit concerned i may get a Hyundai back ?. this is what i have left of the file i downloaded. The pic shows the update it tries to run over and over.
