I just bought a 2019 F150 and have same issue with locking up. I figured out the lockup’s were related to the WiFi. Lockup’s all happen when driving away from or pulling into garage. That told me connecting and disconnecting from the house WiFi. Since I turned off WiFi - no issues. Still annoying though as the system should be designed where that does not happen.
