Ford Edge 2013 3.5 :: need to flush the Power Steering Fluid

One garage advised Mercon V and another one told Mercon LV

True V has written both for AT and PS but LV just has mentioned AT

But I searched online and found quite opposite different answers as well

Is it that hard? Plz advise if you're sure about it, cheers
