Hi everyone, first of all sorry for my bad English.
I write from Italy, my brother owns a 2017 ford edge vignale. Weeks ago I installed a big subwoofer for it, and as usual, there is always some problem on the first start.
Usually easily fixed ... But this time I don't know where to turn. I've read here and there before, and I think the problem is with those damn microphones, and the active noise cancellation system.
Basically, when the accelerator is pressed, the subwoofer emits a noise, in sync with that of the motor.
We tried to disable the ACM system by following the instructions on this forum, but without success, absolutely nothing seems to change.
have the obd2 key to use with forscan. If anyone knows how to help me, I would be very, very grateful. THANK YOU!
Ah, one more thing. the source of the subwoofer amplifier was taken from the old stock subwoofer, this is because my brother doesn't want to remove all the front panels to take the source directly from the radio ...
