Sooooo, did you ever get it figured out? I'm interested in an aftermarket downpipe for my '19 Edge. Not sure if the Fusion or Focus ones would fit?

great question, I would assume so. I'm currently on the hunt for a thicker aftermarket sway bar solution for my '19 SEL 2.0....

Thanks for the reply! Can you please elaborate on your suggestion? I just want to make sure I understand. Are you saying look up OEM parts catalog for say, my 2019 Edge 2.0 and find the part numbers for the sway bars & end-links (OE) and that will somehow allow me to find aftermarket suspension products that fit? Like, are you saying grab the part number for the sway bar, let's say, then just search that sway bar only and see what other vehicles it has been used on, and then go look up manufacturers like ADDCO etc and search by that cross referenced make/model/year vehicle and see if they offer any products that will fit? Like, let's say I search the sway bar part number and find that it also was used/fits on like a 2018 Ford Fusion or Escape (idk), and then I search ADDCO's site for a sway bar for a 2018 Ford Fusion and it brings something up, then I could pull the trigger purchasing that product knowing there's a 90%+ chance it will fit our application?

PS: ADDCO is good, used their larger thicker sway bars when I supercharged my 5.9l Jeep GC years ago. Also lowered it with H&R springs for better handling w/ Bilstein shocks. Both of which seem to be the only suspension option(s) for our Ford Edges ATM.

I'd also be curious if there were ever any worthwhile suspension products made for a 2.0 Edge. Stiffer sway bars and endlinks would go a long way in aiding these issues. Alas, no one makes anything for these vehicles do they? I mean I saw some slightly-nicer-than-OEM shocks from Bilstein. and then some H&R lowering springs. but that's about it??

Hi all, new here. Not new to modifying and working on cars. Been doing it most of my life. One of my last cars was a Focus ST, so I'm somewhat familiar with that family of engines, same thing in my now 2019 Edge SEL (2.0 Ecoboost).

I don't want this to turn into a "whether you should or should not" or "it doesn't make any difference" regarding either a short or cold air intake (aftermarket). All I want to know is if anyone has ever found an aftermarket product solution that fits our vehicle? I seems any air intake for a Focus ST won't work, despite looking very similar in layout etc. I'm thinking MAYBE the Fusion 2.0 intake might work but doubt it? Has anyone created their own aftermarket air intake at all? Or even just put a cone filter (with heat shielding) on the stock air intake hose in place of the filter box housing? I know I did that with my Focus ST. I really enjoyed the little extra noise it made.

What about tuning options? I know bang for the buck. just a Stage 0/1 tune on my Focus ST with a Cobb AP woke that little 2.0 up! Looks like HPTuners is an option for our Edges... I guess I'd just go to a local tuner, but I was hoping maybe for some OTS canned handheld tuner options.

Thoughts? Any other worthwhile "bang for your buck" upgrades available? Downpipe, exhaust, intercooler? Those were good choices for the 2.0 Focus ST stuff....
