This issue turned out to be a bad battery......not sending 12v to the BCM.

After I posted this, similar codes popped up and the Intelligent Access would only function on the driver's door. 

 New battery installed and now no codes ?

I want to replace the DRL halogen bulb with LED. On HID models the DRL is located where the high beam bulb would be in non--HID models since HID bulbs are dual beam thus no need for a separate high beam.

I have a new-found appreciation for the Gen-1 cover, which is effectively a slab of plastic with a large tab that engages into a slot in the housing on the passenger side, and uses a molded-in latching tab for retention on the driver side...

I was talking to a fellow on another forum and he said they ALL come without screws. The screw holes are provided for screws should the tabs on the side break off. He didn't know what the thread or size was however. 

 

 

Wouldn't it make more sense to just design a more robust clip 

I was replacing my cabin air filter and discovered the screws on the filter door panel were missing.

I wanted to replace them since tabs on the door is also broken. Does anyone know what the part number is or a generic equivalent?

I have a 2018 Sport with the HID headlights. Where the high beam would be in a non-HID vehicle there is an H15 halogen bulb. 

I'd like to replace it with an LED. If anyone knows a suitable bulb please let know.

Other than some minor things such as window tint and a few FORscan tweaks I'll keep it as Ford made it ?
