Thank you all for your suggestions. The powertrain is still under warranty. Making an appointment with the dealer. I'll post here when I find out the diagnosis.

This was an independent shop. They said my transmission fluid was black, which they replaced. Sound is the same as when we brought it in. 5 hours of labor charged. My description is exactly what I am experiencing.

Hello, New to this forum, so I apologize if I am posting in the wrong spot. My 2019 Edge all of a sudden is loud upon start up and vibrating while moving slowly (forward and reverse). When brake is completely pressed or in drive it doesn't vibrate. When I take my foot off the gas or brake, it starts up again. Mechanic could not figure it out. Anyone seen this before? Thank you!
