Hi I have a similar issue. Were you able to identify or resolve it?

I have a ford edge 2013. 120k kms done.

Recently i have observed some grinding noise when I start driving the car. Usually observed when car upshifts gears. Around 2k rpm. This happens only when I start driving. After like 10-20 kms of driving the noise goes away. 
 

Any idea what it can be or any similar experience?
