I’ve turn the vehicle off about 3-4 times now and it’s not showing up still… Is it possible to get it back in the menu?

It isn't an option in my Driver Assist list in my 2019 SEL. I have a button near the light switch to temporarily disable it (it will be enabled next start up). If you have an ST then you can set Sport mode.

I have a 16 sport.
