there is power at the control module soket hot 12v and good ground how to test if its the signal not comanding the fan to run ? is it bad module ?

Hello everyone please I need any advice. The fans stop working and got p0480 code. The forscan windows app will not start the fans at the test point Direct power to both fans will make them work

i belive fuel pump is ok , i disconnect the hose socket thats feed the fuel injectors , and yes there is a strong line of fuel going to ingectors rail what else ? thanks for any help
