Just in case other were searching, I thought I'd share the answer to my own question. Here are the speaker wire colors on the back of an '08 with the standard radio.
Car Radio Battery Constant 12v+ Wire: White/Red
#02 Car Radio Accessory Switched 12v+ Wire: Blue (remote-out)
Car Radio Ground Wire: Black/Blue
Car Stereo Antenna Trigger: Yellow/Green
Car Stereo Amp Trigger Wire: Purple/Red

#08 Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): White
#21 Left Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): White/Brown
---
#11 Right Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): White/Purple
#12 Right Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): White/Orange
---
#09 Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): White/Green
#22 Left Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Yellow

#10 Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Brown/White
#23 Right Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Blue
Here's a picture of the finished product as well. It's a Kenwood 10" model KFC-W2512 powered by an Alpine MRP-M500. I definitely didn't get the amount of airspace the sub is supposed to have in my enclosure (it has approx .5cu ft) but I'm more than happy with the sound so far and the wife's happy I didn't take up any of the stroller/baby stuff space
