After hundreds of hours, diagnosing similar issues with my Edge 2022 titanium I have discovered that the steering column knuckle underneath the dash at the u joint had rubbed wires, bare, causing intermittent issues and intermittent codes. Several of them in fact . Ford was useless to figure this out, I swear to God, those fucking technicians are useless, when it’s good old detective work all they know how to do is replace components they have clearly failed. They don’t know how to troubleshoot shit . Check the steering column shaft you joint see if it’s rubbing wires. Do not touch any of the wires until you get a good visual so you can see exactly where they’re sitting up close joint.
