2016 Edge radio was working fine. Then it went intermittent with static. Now there is no sound at all. Volume dial works and tuner, but no sound from radio when in tuning mode, car play, navigation or anything. All other screen functions work. We have checked all fuses. Do you suppose it’s just a bad receiver?
