I have a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium that just started having PTU issues. Are the PTU on recall ? If not they should be. It’s not customer neglect it’s the plastic material used to seal the PTU that causes the fluid leak and destroy the PTU. Why isn’t FORD standing behind their product. Previous Ford Edge vehicles had PTU issues and they were covered by a recall. We the customer pay your prices and you the manufacturer should be standing behind your product and taking care of your repeated customers. I’ve had 5 Ford vehicles in the 40 years that I have been driving. Don’t let me down now. Please do what is right for the customers. I know that I’m not the only person with PTU issues and I have been told by several dealerships in their service department as I have been calling trying to find the best price. I hope that there will be a recall on this issue so we all can continue to enjoy our vehicles. Thank you !
