I've owned my 2018 SE for just over 45 days and last night I took it in for weird shifting issues. This morning I get a message from the dealership stating "Internal transmission failure" in a text. They have contacted the warranty company to see how they want the dealership to proceed. Argh.
Based on this event, I've done a little research and it seems like a lot of issues have come up with this transmission. I'm wondering if there is so many people having issues, does any one know if there was a recall for rough or harsh shifting for these transmissions? I'm also wondering if the fix is a true fix or just a band aid for poorly designed transmission. I've only got 58k on the odometer.
