I'm having this same problem, exactly. Throttle response fails at speeds above 30km/h. Nothing happens (the vehicle does not respond) until I take my foot off the pedal and put it back; then things work fine for the next 20-40 seconds, and then the issues occur. The cycle continues over and over till the car is shut off, and continues after it is turned back on. There is no check engine light, no error codes. Besides this issue that affects the car's mobility, the car runs fine and starts up fine.
