I have a problem with a 2016 Ford Edge with the V6 3.5 SE
It's actually my daughter's car, and she has been battling this charging light for about three years. Every time she has been over at our place, I checked the charge, and it reads 14.5 volts with the warning light on, and of course, the engine running. I bought a new OEM alternator and had a local garage fit it, still the same. I also asked the garage to check out the CCT. They said it could be the ECM, and so I asked them to change it, and that was done. And guess what, the fault is still there. im at a loss. Can anyone help me, please?
