Why are we being charged for this upgrade? Wouldn't you think that Ford and their dealers would want us to have the safety feature and service reminders at no additional charge? I see that the charges seem to be inconsistent - some dealers charging for labor, some for the download, and others no charge at all. Any thoughts?
